Job Description:

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our Airbnb properties. Your role will include:

- Coordinating and supervising cleaning and maintenance staff

- Ensuring all properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready

- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs

- Responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues

- Handling bookings, cancellations, and guest communication

- Conducting regular property inspections and addressing any maintenance needs

- Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed

- Keeping detailed records of expenses and maintenance activities

- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and Airbnb policies

Requirements:

- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable and punctual

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

- Knowledge of local regulations and Airbnb standards

- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
